the mAN BEHIND THE LENS
I started out as a street photographer three years ago, drawn to the unpredictability of everyday life and the challenge of capturing moments as they naturally unfold. What began as walking the streets with a camera chasing light, movement, and honest expression, quickly turned into something more. I became hooked on the craft, not just for the images, but for the stories they carry.
Street photography taught me how to see. To notice the small details, to anticipate moments before they happen, and to capture people as they really are, unfiltered and in their element. That foundation still shapes everything I do today.
Now based between Sydney and the Central Coast, I work closely within the local sporting community, shooting skateboarding, soccer, BMX, and scooters. Whether itโs the intensity of competition or the in-between moments most people miss, I approach it all the same way I did on the street by staying present, moving with the moment, and letting the story unfold naturally.
At the core of my work is something simple:
I want people to feel seen and remembered. Not just photographed, but understood.
Every image is about capturing something real, energy, personality, emotion, so that it lasts beyond the moment it was taken.
